Steph McCullock is one amazing mum! She is smashing her weight loss goals and has dropped SIX dress sizes!
She has been following theย 28 Day Weight Loss Challengeย and at last, has cleared all her previous issues and conditions.
Her story
This year has been Stephโs healthiest year yet.ย โIt is still hard for me to believe that last year I weighed over 22st. and wore size 26,โย she says of her weight loss.
Today Steph is an incredible 15.1st and 14-16 in dress size, having lost 7.1st and 6 dress sizes plus over 59 inches.
โThis year I completed the Raw Challenge and won my first fitness challenge (a female category for most muscle gain),โย Steph says proudly.ย โI also played competitive netball and won our division!โ
Finally living life to the fullest!
Stephโs weight loss is all about her journey to health and fitness,ย โItโs a lifestyle now.โ ย The busy mum says it all comes down to preparation and motivation and her biggest obstacle is juggling her busy life.
She makes sure she is always prepared by meal prepping,ย โI meal prep like crazy! I do fortnightly preps for both lunch and dinners,โย Steph says.
