Discovering The Healthy Mummy
Esther Cini says that “The Healthy Mummy hasย taught me how to fuel my body the right way.” She says that this has enabled her to exercise more.ย โAnd the 28 Day Weight Loss Challengeย exercisesย have helped me exercise the right way too.โ

A day in the life of The Healthy Mummy
Esther follows The Healthy Mummy recipes. She is a 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member but she says she swaps things around and in and out. She shares what a typical day might look like.
Breakfast

Tonight Esther says she is spoiling herself.ย โTonight Iโm going out and Iโll be eating burgers, wedges and ice cream so itโs all about balance!โ
There isย a lotย to be said for exercise
Esther says that she never wouldโve believed that in 14 weeks she could go from a size 18 to today buyingย her first pair of size 10 jeans in about 20 years!
She says she has only lost 1.12st. but she has lost over 15 inches which she says is why she has been able to move so quickly to a size 10.
โIt shows how much of a difference exercise makes. Over 15 inches lost which is why Iโve dropped so many sizes in clothes. I think thatโs a better indicator than the scales.โย
After a workout, Esther says she has aย Healthy Mummy Smoothie.
