4 ingredient (nut-free) chocolate cups
Hereโs a four ingredient recipe thatโs so simple, yet so delicious.
Instead of grabbing a chocolate bar from the supermarket or petrol station (where they are kept inconveniently at eye level!) make these 28 Day Weight Loss Challengeย friendly chocolate cups instead.
You can customise to your heartโs content, so if you prefer to add nuts go for it. If youโd rather use dried cherries or sultanas instead of cranberries, theyโll work too. See what tasty combinations you can come up with.

4 ingredient nut free chocolate cups
Ingredients (makes 8 serves)
- 100gย dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 2ย tbspย sunflower seeds, chopped (32 grams)
- 2ย tbspย dried cranberries, chopped (20 grams)
- 2ย tbspย shredded coconut (20 grams)
Method

Melt chocolate using your preferred method.

Add seeds, cranberries and coconut. Mix to combine.

Spoon into 8 small patty cases or mini silicone moulds.

Place in the fridge to set.

Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
Recipe makes 8 chocolate cups at 116 calories each.
